An old warehouse building on the Ballard waterfront was converted into office space for NorQuest Seafoods' new corporate headquarters. The image of shimmering fish in the water inspired the color palette. High, exposed ceilings allowed the use of bold colors such as red, blue, orange, green and purple on walls. To allow for maximum day lighting, the client wanted to situate the enclosed private offices on the interior, and open office areas and workstations along the perimeter of the building. P2 provided full design services for this project, including project management, construction administration and move coordination.
