P2 was engaged to modernize and update the building’s public spaces. The project incorporated a new building security desk, building directories, plus demising walls and entries into tenant spaces, to provide better after-hours security. The lobby area was refreshed, adding built-in sculptural stone seating, to create a more user friendly space.
